I do my best to explain it in terms as it relates to how it will protect you. Home insurance is a big cost for most of us and it often gets overlooked, since most it’s paid through our mortgages. There are also automatic provisions built into the policies to increase coverages to keep up with rebuilding & material costs. Those are separate from your company just increasing costs to keep with their profit objectives.  It is imperative to have a thorough review at least every couple years, or the compounding factors will increase your coverages and bill into a new tax bracket😊Also if you had a storm claim that resulted in your roof being replaced, new companies look at this favorably, so it is a perfect time to inquire about options.
